He is a member of the Delaware County Historical Society and spent ten years as a local councilman with various leadership positions. If the story my father told me is true, and I believe it is, then justice was served both in the driveway and in the courtroom. There are many living relatives with insight as to the truth yet none of us were consulted and that is the role that greed played. Condolences to everyone upset by this travesty.
