2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. 220 pages of pure fun! By J.G. I picked up a copy of this graphic novel after I began reading it on their website. It's colorful, engaging and perfect for kids! My children immediately took to the goofy characters and classic slapstick comedy (which I loved equally as well).One of the most interesting aspects of this graphic novel was its unique storyline and message. For one, it's a story within a story which creates an interesting narrative. More importantly though, it had a clear moral message that I - as a parent - could appreciate. Personally, I feel this book will continuously provide the break my children need from today's digital age.However, if your not one who likes a story with moralistic intentions, this may not be the right graphic novel for you. Otherwise, grab a copy and enjoy the hours of fun it'll bring you and your kids!
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. A Diamond in the Rough! By Mark Groves At first glance, the colorful illustrations and vivid artwork jump off the pages. Once my kids and I delved deeper into the story, we realized that this fantastic novel not only kept us on the edge of our seats, but it also conveyed an important message which my kids absorbed quite well (I guess that's why the company is called Ethics Comics).I stumbled upon the Diamond Island website and was hooked by the sample pages that I read online. The actual book is, as the site says, "perfect for all ages". I had many laughs at the clever puns and layered jokes that flow within the story-line. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with this purchase and I am hoping that Ethics Comics will come out with a sequel...

I always like to find kiddie books that have a positive message By Paula G I always like to find kiddie books that have a positive message, since so much of what's available on the market is full of ideas and situations which I don't necessarily need to have my children learning from. This book not only leaves them with a happy, uplifting story, it manages to give over the story in a way which is fun and entertaining for adults as well as kids!
