There are only a few sentences written about each subject. The entire book, cover to cover, is only 100 pages long and each paragraph is double spaced. I wouldn't pay a dollar for this book. I feel that I was cheated out of my money. The description provided on the site was totally misleading. I am returning the book and will be asking for a full refund.

That would be fine if it was helpful information. But it's not. At best it's a very basic primer, but it's too expensive for the little information it gives, and you can get this information for free or from another book recommended on Amazon. I bought this book for legal research and it told me nothing. I can't see how it would be very helpful to a entrepreneur. Just google how to start a non-profit mutual benefit corp. in CA. Then consult with an attorney to see what the laws are in your county and in your city with respect to medical marijuana dispensaries. Do your market research, learn the basics of accounting and managing employees (make sure they don't steal from you) and you're good. You don't need this book unless you ran out of toilet paper .Oh yeah, and with respect to medical marijuana dispensaries being "lucrative", watch out. While an executive director may draw a reasonable salary, it needs to be "reasonable". How much $ is unreasonable? That's an unanswered question, but the definition of a non-profit mutual benefit corporation is that the profits don't disburse to the members (aka the executive director and other directors).None of this is intended to be legal advice, and you should consult with an attorney.
