Jimenez and Isanove may be the best there is at what they do By Luis Dmaz With all due respect, Jimenez and Isanove may be the best there is at what they do... when they stick to doing what they know how to do best (ie. illustrating). Both of their incursions into writing here feel so lacking that I struggled to get to the end of the two stories included in this volume. A true savage-ly missed opportunity on Marvel's part to pair these very talented artists with equally talented writers for superb results. At least the art is solid (for the most part).

The perfect gift idea By Jared I wasn't sure what to get my daughter for Christmas this year: she had pretty much everything she needed from her grandparents, mom, etc. She has enjoyed watching the X-Men movies and, clearly, Wolverine is a stand-out character. When the idea of this book was suggested to me, it was the perfect gift idea! I have not been a collector of comics or illustrated books before this, but the level of detail in this work and the vividness of the characters have captivated my attention. I am now going to start a collection, including other works by these two artists!
