About the Author
Dagny Mofid is not internationally acclaimed - although having practiced acceptance speeches in front of a mirror for years, she can be ready at a moment’s notice. In her spare time, but only after doing the dishes and folding clothes, she writes. Known for lighthearted humor and sarcastic wit, her writing has appeared in newspapers and journals. She has also ghostwritten a riding instruction manual. After roaming around much of North America, she now lives with her childhood sweetheart in the warm desert of southern Utah. She is still wondering how she got there.

It is so well written and certain aspects of her life had me laughing out loud. It is truly an enjoyable book AND it is clean . No bad language, and a book that even young people could read. Ms. Mofid has a wonderful narrative that pulls you in close with wit, humor, and a deep understanding of life's curveballs! She brings you into her world, her love of horses and her growth and adventures with them.If you are a "Horse Person" like me you will resonate and love her many experiences that are "simpatico" with horseback riders. For non "Horse People" you will learn of the deep, soul moving and often magical motivators that drive the Lovers of all things Equine. This book is very funny, smart and speaks of learning to coming to terms with the bumps and detours in life with grace, ease, and a wonderful sense of humor. All together it's a great read!
