I haven't finished it yet, but I'm extremely pleased with it. Sometimes you never know what you're going to get when trying a new author, but this one was a hit. If you're interested in self-development, self-control, or even just plain old happiness I would recommend you give it a try.I always enjoy as well when I can form a personal connection in some way with an author. It establishes a commonality for me to base my reading on. Mr. Munoz is fellow martial artist and an accomplished one at that. Him being a Spaniard, it's also refreshing to read from a non-American point of view. The principles translate across all cultures, but the different viewpoint makes it all the more interesting.I highly recommend his book!

By Kevin Lintner This is a very well written book that exams how our mind works and how to overcome the shortcomings of what we have been taught and to seek full understanding of the world around us in hopes of bringing us inner peace. Much of this book involves practicing critical thinking when approaching a situation, and anyone who knows me knows how much of a proponent I am of the critical thinking process. Any book that promotes free thinking and self examination is a winner in my eyes, and Javier Munoz has done a fantastic job showing us his path to happiness.

Martinez This book explains very good how the brain works, since how we are programmed to how we can work positively. I totally recommend this book to all the people who are interested in personal growth.
