You know, the ones that tell you to play this game or that game to "win" him. They're useless.Natalie blasts through the self-delusion and the nonsense and crazymaking behavior.She's like AA for unavilable man-addicts.I bought her e-book because I came across her website and liked her little introductory video.She seemed really no-nonsense yet if you listen close, she's funny in a sarcastic way.This book will help you stop being a doormat or a Fallback Girl because no matter how gorgeous, smart, rich, popular you are, if you are dating this kind of guy, you need to change yourself from the inside out to get your life back on track & stop putting your happiness in the hands of someone who doesn't take you, your life, or your love seriously.She'll cut right through all the pathetic "but I love hims" and "he's my soulmate" and "maybe I'm too needy" stuff. She created a name for this type of guy - Assclown. She says "Don Juan" and "Romeo" and "Player" are too dignified for them!Anyway, there are wonderful men in the world. He's wonderful and we're in a healthy happy relationship. : ) The advice definitely works for me.There are so many dating books out there with content that just skimmed the surface on dating. They tell you he's just not that into you or how to be the aggressive one in the relationship. It felt like they were asking me to become the best player in this game called dating. Or it told me that the guy wasn't that interested but their advice on how to change wasn't all that great. Well, you know I and I feel like a lot of people out there, do not want to play games. I really don't want to think about whether I should feed him cheesecake or popcorn and what it would mean to our relationship. I really needed some sound advice, but the more of these books I read, the more I felt like I was being driven deeper and deeper into this trap of unhealthy thinking.After being rejected numerous times over several years, I started to question if there was something wrong with what I was doing.Then I came upon Ms. Lue's blog and immediately I found the answers I was looking for. Intrinsically, it was all me. I was not being the confident, self loving individual I should have been, so ultimately I was making decisions that were reflective of my low self esteem. I will buy this book and I will carry it with me until I find my compatible person. I'll read it when I need a reminder or some comforting, and most importantly healthy, words.
