This book can help you clearly define your core identity, so that you can operate from that perspective when building relationships. I have read several books on the general subject of healthy relationships but this book integrates the idea of proactively setting goals as a couple (which i found to be a brilliant concept on it's own). In addition to the in-depth treatment of integrating goal setting with relationships, the book also devotes an entire chapter to setting clear goals for dating. I think doing that is one of those things that everyone might agree on as a good idea, but few would ever think of doing it until it's too late. That is the strength of The Love Language of Goal Setting. It provides a well thought out and presented map for setting and accomplishing relationship goals. If you want to improve your loving relationships, make it your goal to read this book!

I can honestly say I have never thought of this and after reading this book realize how important it is to set goals.I firmly believe that this can help any relationship survive and hopefully prosper. I will definitely be trying these inmy relationship.

Goal setting for couples By Ron Weber This is a very interesting read, as the author took concepts form goal setting and self management areas, and tells the reader how to implement these to their relationship. A unique approach I didn't see elsewhere.
