Picking up where Monstrocity left off, Primacy continues in much the same fashion. It's the same old artwork so if it didn't sit well with you before you still won't like it. But if you thought it was great then you are in for a treat.In terms of writing this book is a bit more balanced then the last. Less moody introspective and more actually going on. More characters are introduced, and more stories are tied together. Half the story is used to adapt what they started with in Autocracy with where the series goes in the main IDW series. The action is nice but once again it is difficult to tell what you are supposed to be looking at sometimes because of the artwork.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Read this! By jose ochoa A fitting end to the trilogy of Transformers history. The action is fast paced and the story is brought to an end. Primacy ends a chapter in Transformers mythology which sees Optimus Prime rise as the iconic leader we all know. Megatron has a master plan that he's set in motion; Stunticons, Combaticons, Predacons, Sharkticons and Junkions rejoin Megatron to take over Cybertron. Optimus fights back with Grimlock, the Dynobots, Omega Supreme, and the rest of the Autobots. I recommend this book and the rest of this Trilogy to anyone who loves Transformers mythology and to new readers as well!

The Last Prime and Lord Megatron......a Classic Struggle By Matt Peppard Great Story that focused on the classic characters & the true struggle between Prime & Megatron. Artwork was very good and it had a great pace. Highly recommended to Diehard Transformer Fans.
