I have bought all of Valiant's new Deluxe Editions and this one is definitely my favorite. The jokes never stop coming, there is plenty of action, and I love the artwork. I definitely recommend this to anyone trying to find a superhero comic that isn't grim or just mindless punching.

Having heard it was nominated for so many awards I expected something hillarious. Unfortunatelly the story weren't original and most of the jokes weren't really funny. Some of them weren't funny at all, they were offensive to many groups of people (christians, opposers of gun-control or supporters of small government). I'm tired of reading about the crazy right-wing nutjobs for the like 10th time. It's getting really old. I'm not saying that it is a bad book, but it's only average, not great. The Goat was really cool though.
