By LemurKat Short and fun, it was sweet to see characters I had grown attached to in "The Hidden Places" from another perspective (they were all there, maknig their cameo appearance). I enjoy Robertson's use of language and the mystery surrounding Jack and his faithful Gabriel. The mysticism became somewhat more apparent here, too.I think this is a better one to read AFTER you've read "The Hidden Places", as it is more like re-meeting with old friends.
